Welcome to the archive of Australian racewalking Championship results. The first Australian racewalking Championships for men were held over distances of 1 and 3 miles in 1890 - some 114 years ago! The first Australian championships for women were added in 1933 with an 880 yards track race. Now underage championships for boys and girls are also held, on both track and road.

These results files are put together with information provided by Bert Gardiner (deceased), Peter Waddell (deceased), Paul Jenes and me.

There is still work to be done - a few results are still incomplete and the occasional year is still missing. All contributions - either amendments or new entries - are most welcome.
