A Brief History of Racewalking Australia

In 1923, the Austraian Walking clubs formed their own National body to oversee the sport in Australia.  This body has existed ever since in one form or another as the National voice that represents the interests of all walking clubs throughout Australia. Who will focus on the ongoing development of
the sport at a grass roots level if not the clubs themselves working through Racewalking Australia.
